PURITY: This antibody was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens. 

PRESENTATION: 10 mM PBS, pH 7.4, 50% glycerol, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG-free and protease-free), 0.05% sodium thimerosal.  

APPLICATION NOTES:

    1:500 - 1:5000 for inmunohisto/cytochemistry

    1:2000 – 1:20000 for ELISA and Western blotting with chromogenic substrates

    1:5000 – 1:50000 for western blotting with ECL substrates 

SPECIFICITY: This antibody reacts with whole molecule rabbit IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
